PHOENIX SOCCER CLINICS AND PLAYER MANAGEMENT

Phoenix Development Clinics school year 4-10

The squads will play in the Local FA leagues under the Our Grassroots section as Phoenix Diamonds that caters for low - Mid ability players as from 2024/25 season. The clinic for school year 4-10 Focus on their skills as a individual and as a team/group , the individual skills will be focusing on their 1st Touch, Dribbling and passing techniques , these are the foundation key points of any player to develop as a individual and as a team . The structure of each session will be practises as individuals , 1v1 , 1v2, 2v2, 3v2 , 3v3 , the player will learn the technique of passing the ball and movement and supporting one another in a match scenarios , this is more emphasised in the larger practices 3v3 Format etc of which we will use the Samba way , which is focused amount of passes , Movement and keeping in possession rather than a goal as all above will lead to scoring goals etc.. This will enhance the team structure and supporting one another, this is a proven method in Brazil , Portugal and Spain as well in Futsal which is a high intensity and fast movement of the ball and players. And the end of each clinic the players will receive a full profile of their progress which is essential for players development as it will give key points on the players weakness and strength`s so the coach ,player and parent can act upon those key point for further development with us or at his/her club. The players at the end of year 7 will be assessed and invited to our pre academy clinics which the training is more intensified and classroom environment sessions will and possible midweek and Saturday rep / Saturday League games
